GrowthScaler is an AI & GTM transformation studio. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the studio, deliver engagements, and follow up on inbound audits. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and what controls you have.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising on growthscaler.ai. We do use a small set of vendors that process data on our behalf — listed below in Sharing.

Information you give us
- Contact and engagement details you submit through forms — name, work email, company, role, ARR stage, motion notes, preferred date.
- Correspondence you send by email or other channels.
- Information you share during scoping, audit and engagement sessions.
Information collected automatically
- Basic request metadata — IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps — used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate analytics.
- Anonymous traffic patterns — pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth — used to improve the briefs and the studio site.
Information from third parties
If you connect with us through LinkedIn, X or another platform, that platform may share basic profile information with us under its own privacy terms.
How we use itLimited purposes only.
- Responding to audits, discovery calls and engagement inquiries.
- Delivering active studio engagements and operating the systems we build for clients.
- Sending occasional studio notes and briefs to people who have opted in.
- Operating, securing and improving the studio site and the briefs.
- Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not use your data to train public AI models.
SharingVendors and legal requests.
We share information only as needed to operate the studio. The vendor categories we currently use:
- Email delivery for transactional and studio-note emails.
- Cloud hosting for site infrastructure and engagement environments.
- Analytics for aggregate traffic understanding (no cross-site tracking).
- Payment and accounting for client invoicing and tax compliance.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property and safety. We never sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers or third parties for their independent use.
RetentionHow long we keep things.
Inbound audit submissions are retained for the active engagement window plus a reasonable archival period. Client engagement data is retained according to the contract. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Your rightsAccess, correction, deletion.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, port or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@growthscaler.ai from the email address on file. We respond inside the time window required by applicable law and at the latest within 30 days.
SecurityOperational posture.
We apply industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to the data we hold. Access is role-based and limited to the studio team operating on the engagement. No internet-connected system is fully invulnerable; we are honest about that constraint, and we apply defense-in-depth accordingly.
