Studio engagements are governed by a separately executed engagement letter or statement of work. These terms apply to your use of the site only; they do not override or replace the terms of any signed engagement.
Intellectual propertySite content is ours.
All content on this site — including the brief texts, layouts, visual systems, code, brand marks and the Headless GTM framework — is owned by GrowthScaler or used with permission. You may read, link to, and quote short excerpts of the briefs in the ordinary course of professional discussion, with attribution. You may not republish, mirror, train models against, or commercially redistribute the content without prior written permission.
No warrantyProvided as-is.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate or current for your particular circumstances.
LiabilityReasonable limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthScaler is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
